Card making

Noel? More Like ‘No Chill’

Some people make classic Christmas cards—snowflakes, soft blues, maybe a polite reindeer.
Me? I said: What if the North Pole had a dramatic phase?

So I busted out my Distress Oxides and created a full-on galaxy background.
Dark. Moody. A little mysterious. Basically the “I listen to sad Christmas songs on repeat” version of a sky.

And then… because balance is important… I plopped three adorable MFT polar bears right in front of it. Don’t worry, they’re still cute, even though their backdrop screams “I’ve seen things.” I coloured them with Copic markers so they match the aesthetic: soft, sweet, and slightly confused why the sky looks like it’s about to ask them about their childhood trauma.

To finish it off, I added a big shiny hot-foiled NOEL, because nothing says “festive” like a giant metallic word screaming holiday cheer over a brooding galaxy. Honestly, the whole vibe is:

Christmas, but make it dramatic.

It’s moody. It’s cute. It’s slightly chaotic. It’s very me.
