Hoppy Easter

Easter is around the corner and I really needed to up my game and made a few cards. I used the “Hoppy Easter” set from Lawn Fawn to make a cute Easter shaker. I coloured the little bunny in my warm Grays (W0-W3) and red (R30-35). I used my white gel pen to add some accents on the bunny and of course on all the carrots. The carrots are coloured in Y38 and YR02-YR04 and YG63, YG67 for the greens. The little easter eggs in R30-R35 got a bit of Wink of Stella and “Stardust” stickles. No big special things, just basic colours. Everything is mounted on a shaker part I stencilled some clouds on with mu distress oxide in “tumbled glass”. The design paper for the grass is from Nikki Sivils “tree love” 6×6 paper pack.

I love the shaker, even though it has no glittery stuff inside. Just plain carrots. I guess bunny is a bit confused about what to gather in the little basket. Easter eggs of carrots. I enter the following easter challenges from As You See it, Creative Crafting Uncles and Cute Card Thursday.

Happy Crafting,
Stefanie

Aww Stefanie, a cute bunny and a carrot shaker card that is absolutely adorable. I don’t think it needed glitter, the carrots are a genius idea and look fab x

I love your shaker card full of carrots idea! What more could a bunny want for Easter? I also love your sponged clouds in the background and the bunny himself! Thanks for joining our Theme Challenge at As You See It Challenges.
