Happy Mail – Enclosed

I snail mail with a few people and I knew that I send this one just before Valentine and wanted something sweet friendshippy themed card fitting for the season and the Scrapping4Fun challenge. My Stampin’ Up order arrived just in time with the sweat “Snailed it”. Love this set with its coordinating design paper. Of course I used the cute snail as main image with the sentiment. But is has a lot of cute heart closed envelopes as well. So I just stamped a lot of the snails to get a few extra envelopes. The snail itself i coloured with my Copics in yellow (y13-y19), soft reds (r20, r30, r11, r00) and the dark reds for the little heart on the envelops (r32-r39). I could not resist to add some Wink of Stella to it as well. I love the glitter effect.

As mentioned before, the main paper is from Stampin’ Up matching paper pack “Snail Mail” and I added the cute envelops to it. I love my dollar store die find, because the stamp die fits the theme so perfectly. I added the cute little envelop from vellum via the matching die cut set from Stampin’ Up, to keep it closed, I glued the little heart felt sticker on it. I popped the hearts with colour and glitter and media to fit the challenge from Everybody-art-Challenge. For some amount of extra glitter, the sentiment envelop got a bit of “Xmas red” Stickles on it. Of course I used some foam tape on the post stamp dies for a bit more dimension and I really struggled about adding wiggly eyes to the snail or some black Nuvo drops, but decided to use its natural beauty ☺️. I also enter the anything goes challenge from Love to Craft. Hope you liked this card.

Happy Crafting,

Love the little snail inside the envelope with all the happy mail stamped envelopes. A lovely design, beautifully done. Thank you for joining in the fun at Everybody Art Challenge with this pretty card. Hugs, Lesley
