You Light Up My World

by - September 04, 2019

For this card, I created another under water scene and made a card for the "make a scene" theme at Lawn Fawnatics. I used the "Porthole Frames" from Lawn Fawn as well as the "You are Sublime" stamp set. I guess this one is one of my fav ones.  Of course I had to use the yellow submarine to get the porthole into perspective. Both, the submarine and the anglerfish are coloured with my Copics. The submarine has little windows with "Glossy Accents" and the fish some silver glitter pen dots for some extra details

I made another blue distress background with the colours "faded jeans", "chipped sapphire" and a little bit "salty ocean" and splashed it with water, white and black ink and fits the splashed challenge from Just us Girls very well. The black sea bottom is from a die I do not know the brand from (my whole die collection is almost second hand with no idea where it is from originally and some old buys without saving the packaging).

The background is glued to the inside of the flip to get a bite more depth to the whole porthole look. Can't wait to our anniversary to give the card to my hubby (ok, still not used to it :D ) As I used enough materials to make my mark, I also enter the  Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge.

Happy Crafting,
