Donut Worry

I found this really sweet card on Pinterest and had to make the design myself. I really would love to credit someone, but can’t find the crafter anywhere 🙁 But I saw the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge about coffee, tea and treats and knew this was the perfect opportunity for this kind of card.

So here it is, my version of the “Donut Worry” Lawn Fawn card. The mini stamp set is so cute. I stamped the doughnuts and coloured them with my Copics and get some glossy accents on the frosting. (did I mention I suck at photography, because none of these details are visible in my photo?).

I layered some card stock to get a doughnut box and used an acetate sheet finish the look (I know, not visible in my photo). The little sentiment sticks on it as well and the little blue floss which goes around the “box”. I just used two different stamps, but it will fit the stamp challenge from Everybody-Art-Challenge.

The black dotted design paper was from my leftover stack and I have no idea from which brand it was. But I love the look on the original and tried to recreate it with this choice. I enter the anything goes challenges from Addicted to Stamps and Crafty Creations Challange too.

Happy Crafting,

That's so cute Stefanie, your colouring is beautifully done with the neapolitan colours and it looks good enough to eat but perfect for a diet 😉 x

A very sweet card, sorry couldn't resist! They remind me of tose ice biscuits we had as kids and we nibbled the icing off before devouring the rest!
Thanks for sharing at ATSM this week. 🙂
